As the proprietor of FTC I have more than eighteen years’ experience in the tax field. I started my career in practice and for the last ten years have provided tax consultancy advice to clients and accountants in respect of various technical tax and related matters.

I have successfully defended numerous HMRC disputes, including successful representation at Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the Tax Tribunals. The latter including employment status cases, such as Slush Puppie v HMRC; and IR35 cases, such as Marlen Limited v HMRC.
I have also carried out numerous nationwide seminars and training sessions for clients and accountants.
